Philosophical Sketches: Prolegomena to Any Future Study of Consciousness

Ed's conditional note:  I am always reluctant to link outside sources that are not explicitly Biblical and Christian.  However, those writing these positions often provide solid arguments within their worldview that is profound and useful to show that others, besides Christians, hold these positions.

"I have serious doubts about whether there can be a scientific study of consciousness, given our conceptions of science and our confusion about what constitutes the proper objects and fields of investigation.  I am equally skeptical about the possibility of meaningful psychological, neuroscientific, and philosophical modeling of consciousness." David W. Long here.
